This Study explores the five types of Adverbial phrases in Arabic Grammar: the predicate or passive object in a sentence, adverbs of place and time, cognate accusatives or cognate adverbs (of degree, frequency and manner), prepositional device, dative or benefactive objects, and their application on Luganda Language, meanwhile tracing the possible similarities and differences between the two languages. The research focuses on identifying difficulties that Luganda speakers encounter while studying Arabic Language Adverbial Phrases.
